ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brewing

The Danish brewer CARLSBERG is to acquire 34.5% of the Chinese WUSU BREWERY (production capacity of around 2.5 million hectolitres) for an undisclosed sum, but which could be as much as 100 million Danish krona. The brewery will be run by a joint company created between CARLSBERG and BLUE SWORD GROUP, a local company.
