ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) distribution

Two Australian groups WESTFIELD and MULTIPLEX, both specialists in the construction and management of commercial centres, are in competition for the British group CHELSFIELD. WESTFIELD has offered 850 million EUR and MULTIPLEX between 705 and 750 million EUR. The latter has the advantage of holding 7.8% of DUELGUIDE, CHELSFIELD's parent company.
