Nineteen ships were banned from EU ports between 1 November 2003 and 31 August 2004

Brussels, 04/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The list of the ships banned from EU ports between 1 November 2003 and 31 August 2004 has been published in the Official Journal C 243 on 30 September. The nineteen ships were flying the flags of eight different States: St Vincent and the Grenadines, Bolivia, Panama, Turkey, Belize, Cyprus, Romania and Syrian Arab Republic. Most of the ships listed are bulk carriers but there are also ro-ro passenger ships, chemical tankers and an oil tanker. In...
