04/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Finland and Luxembourg have just put two new commemorative coins into circulation. Each Member State is entitled to issue one commemorative coin per year but only for the value of 2 euros. The national side of the Finnish coin represents EU enlargement to the 10 new Member States and that of Luxembourg holds the effigy and monogram of Grand Duke Henri.
