11/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The administrative committee for migrant workers' social security has published a new version of the E111 form in Official Journal L259 of 5 August 2004 for refunds of healthcare costs. The form will gradually be replaced by the European health insurance card (which will come into force on 31 December 2005). A sample form E119 for cash payments for unemployed workers and their families is also printed in the same Official Journal.
