15.07.2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, Alvaro Gil-Robles, arrived in Moscow on 15 July where he is to begin an official visit in the Federation of Russia in order to prepare his general report on respect of human rights in this country. His trip will last two weeks (until 31 July) and will take him to six of the seven federal districts. He will stop over in Khabarovsk, Irkoutsk, Ekaterinbourg, Nijni Tagil, Kazan and Krasnodar.
