15/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer welcomed the 14 July decision by the Turkish Court of Cassation to over-rule the verdict on the four former Kurdish MPs Leyla Zana, Selim Sadak, Hatip Dicle and Orha Dogan and the request for the opening up of a new procedure in an ordinary court.
