Commission fines Tetra Laval EUR 90000

Brussels, 07/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has fined Swiss/Swedish group Tetra Laval for having twice omitted to send information on Tetra Fast technology. On the basis of the previous merger regulation in force at the Commission's examination of Tetra Laval's acquisition of Sidel in 2001, the fine stands at EUR 90,000 (EUROPE 6 July p 10).
