28/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition by the investment fund Apax Europe V of 52.2% of shares in the Dutch publisher PCM Uitgevers NV, currently controlled by Stichting Democratie en Media. The operation, notified 26 May, was examined under the simplified procedure.
