The US company LOUDEYE has bought up, for the sum of EUR 1.5 million in the first quarter 2004, the on-line music "wholesaler" OD2 - ON DEMAND DISTRIBUTION (turnover EUR 1.5 million during the first quarter 2004). LOUDEYE is specialised in the encoding of music in digital form and provides musical extracts on the Internet sites AMAZON.
