23/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The second annual conference of the OSCE, on security, arms control and the fight against terrorism, opened in Vienna on 23 June. This two-day conference will bring together around 350 political and military experts from 55 States which participate in OSCE. Among the speakers will be the current OSCE President, the Bulgarian Salomon Passy, the EU's new anti-terrorist co-ordinator Gijs de Vries, and the deputy secretary for the internal security of the United...
