Luxembourg, 10/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The website of the Court of Justice has been down for a fortnight. Recent rulings cannot be consulted, and it can take many attempts to access the information, at the cost of a lengthy wait. The Commission is apparently responsible for the Court's website. European lawyers wishing to consult Court case-law will have to be patient, until the Commission is able to make this technical issue a priority.
