Negotiations on free trade agreement start again

Brussels, 02/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission and the countries of the GCC (Gulf Co-operation Council) started up negotiations again in Riyadh on Wednesday, with a view to a free trade agreement. The plan had been for negotiations to be relaunched intensively, in the hope of finishing them before the end of the year.
