Brussels, 03/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 29 April without debate the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted two regulations on reform of Mediterranean production (tobacco, olive oil and cotton) and the coal sector, following a political agreement on 22 April in Luxembourg (EUROPE 23 April p 7).
