ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

The central South Korean bank, INDUSTRIAL BANK OF KOREA, and SGAM (division of SOCIETE GENERALE, France) will be creating a joint venture with 50-50 parity in the management of its assets. It aims to take control of a small or medium-sized South Korean company specialising in financial asset and investment management.
