Brussels, 16/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - After three days of hearings of the Commissioners designate of the ten accession countries, a positive unanimous recommendation was addressed to the plenary of 5 May by the EP committees (EUROPE of 15 April, p 6 & 9-10).
