Brussels, 02/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Trade and Poverty Forum of three industrialised democracies (the EU, Japan and the United States) and three developing democracies (Brazil, India and South Africa) announced a new plan in Brussels on 27 March to relaunch the WTO negotiations.
