Swiss ZURICH FINANCIAL SERVICES is to sell, for an undisclosed amount, ZURICH KRANKENVERSICHERUNGS - AG (gross premium receipts EUR 29 million in 2003) as well as a 45% stake in GLOBALE KRANKENVERSICHERUNGS - AG (gross premium receipts EUR 92 million in 2003) to the specialised German insurance company DKV - DEUTSCHE KRANKENVERSICHERUNG AG.
