Brussels, 23/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - In a letter addressed on 23 March to the president of the European Commission Romano Prodi, the General Secretary of the European Confederation of Trade Unions (ETUC) John Monks illustrated his very real worries about the possible approval by the Spring Summit of the creation of a new post of vice president in charge of competitiveness at the European Commission (EUROPE 23 March p 17) and the setting up of a new high level group for revising the process...
