19/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - MEP Stephen Hughes (UK, Labour) will participate on 24 March in Gênes in a discussion on "Public procurement as an instrument of social policy - Consequences of the new European standards" (the EP adopted the Zappala report on this subject). The initiative was launched by Eurete - European Agency for Development presided over by former MEP Roberto Speciale (DS) and the Mayor of Gênes.
