Javier Solana and Poul Nielson encourage president Kagame to continue democratisation process, reconciliation and stabilisation of Great Lakes region

Brussels, 15/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The visit of Rwandan president Paul Kagame last week to Brussels enable Javier Solana High Commissioner for Common Foreign and Security Policy and Poul Nielson, European Commissioner for Development Policy to encourage the Rwandan government to continue the democratisation and reconciliation process, including improving relations with the RDC.
