03/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has just appointed Antonello Pugliese as director of its "Italy, Malta" department (based in Rome). He replaces Thomas Hackett, who returns to Luxembourg to manage the "Baltic Sea" department. Mr Pugliese goes to Italy having been responsible for funding operations in Spain, Greece and the Nordic countries for the EIB.
