01/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Nikiforos Diamandouros, European Ombudsman, and Vassilios Skouris, President of the Court of Justice of the EU, have been appointed "Grand Commander of the Order of the Phoenix" by the President of the Greek Republic, Constantinos Stefanopoulos.
