01/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday the European Parliament adopted a recommendation by Neil McCormick (Scottish National Party) on the draft decision authorising Member States which are party to the Convention of Paris on civic responsibility in the area of nuclear energy to ratify the protocol amending the Convention or become signatories to it.
