Brussels, 25/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - During his speech before the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs, opened for the occasion to representatives of national parliaments, NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer mainly insisted on the need for real complementarity between European Union forces and those made available to its organisation.
