"Anti-dumping" measures proposed on imports of large rainbow trout from Norway and Faeroe Islands

Brussels, 25/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - ON 18 February, the European Commission adopted a proposal to bring in "anti-dumping" measures on imports of large rainbow trout from Norway and the Faeroe Islands. The measures proposed are in the form of ad valorem duty, between 19.9 and 54.4% applicable to these imports.

The procedure was opened by a notice of initiation published in the Official Journal on 19 December 2002. An investigation was carried out in the premises of producer-exporters,...
