Brussels, 18/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - Giorgio Lisi (Forza Italia), the European Parliament's rapporteur on the Commission's proposal on a regulation on fishing in the Mediterranean, has recommended that the plenary of 15 March rejects the proposal.
