ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) engineering

Italian FIAT company has sold 70% of its FIAT ENGINEERING to Italian company MAIRE HOLDING. The deal was carried out on the basis of a total evaluation of FIAT ENGINEERING's capital at EUR 115 million. FIAT indicated that the agreement also allows for "sales options to be exercised over the next three years" for the 30% remainder.
