ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) plastics

OVP-OVERPELTPLASCOBEL (Belgian TRUSTCAPITAL group) and the Belgian group PUNCH INTERNATIONAL have set up a joint venture that will bring their activities together in the plastics sector. PUNCH will have a majority holding of 75% as opposed to OVP's 25%. In 2003, PUNCH's turnover was EUR 20 million in the sector and OVP's was EUR 33 million.
