In the USA, JUPINER NETWORKS (annual turnover of USD 701 bn is going to acquire NETSCREEN TECHNOLOGIES (2003 turnover of USD 245 million) in an exchange of shares valued at around USD 4 bn. JUPINER is proposing 1,404 of its shares for each NETSCREEN share.
