ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) media

The French company, MPO, specialised in the manufacture of access links and transmission media, is going to acquire German company EMTE CONSUMER MEDIA, specialist in the video cassette, diskettes, CD-R and DVD-R trade and its European subsidiaries. How the deal is going ahead has not been disclosed but the new entity will be in fourth place in Europe for registered products and will have an annual turnover of between EUR 190 - 300 million.
