Brussels, 09/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of the Regions (COR) will be holding its first session of 2004 on 11 and 12 February in Brussels. This session will see the election of a new president and the first vice president and 14 other vice presidents and other members of the Bureau. It is very likely that German democrat Peter Straube will become the new president of the COR (he was elected first vice-president of COR, unanimously and on the proposal of the EPP last November: see...
