Brussels, 09/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - European finance ministers are expected to send a strong message to Switzerland during Tuesday's Ecofin Council in Brussels,. Apart from Italy, Member States are objecting to the link established by Bern between the definitive conclusion of the savings tax agreement and other ongoing bilateral negotiations.
