Nick Witney of Britain leads team to set up European Armaments Agency

Brussels, 29/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, Javier Solana, CFSP High Representative, appointed Nick Witney, who is currently Director-General for International Security Policy at the UK Ministry of Defence, as leader of the team tasked to prepare for the establishment of the Armaments Agency created by the EU Council in November 2003.
