29/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday the EP adopted a resolution welcoming the "positive approach" of the Irish presidency" on the "completion of the IGC on the basis of the Convention's draft Constitution and calls for the IGC to immediately finish its work before 1 May" (EUROPE yesterday pp 4/5)
