Brussels, 29/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Progress in implementing the "eEurope+" Information Society action plan in the new Member States and candidate countries, the "eEurope 2005" mid-term review and joint Information Society challenges for the whole of Europe will be debated at a two-day pan-European ministerial conference in Budapest on 26 and 27 February 2004.
