16/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - Finnish foreign affairs minister Erkki Tuomioja sent Poland a warning over its intransigence at the Brussels IGC summit on the question of majority voting at the Council. The Hufvudstadbadet newspaper, quoted by Reuters indicated that according to the minister, "Poland's position will not last in the long term as "this isn't the way to make friends".
