Parliament to defend Mr Gargani's immunity

Strasbourg, 16/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - In its adoption of the report by Neil McCormick of the Scottish Nationalist Party, the European Parliament has decided to defend Giuseppe Gargani's immunity in a case brought by the Chief Public Prosecutor to the Court of Appeal of Turin, Giancarlo Casseli.
