Mr Nielson and Mr Kellenberger concerned over disregard for international human rights in conflicts

Brussels, 15/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Brussels, the European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, Poul Nielson, met Jakob Kellenberger who has just been re-elected President of the International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC), to discuss in particular the problem of increasing disregard for international humanitarian law in a growing number of conflicts.
