Economic committee adopts Herzog report rejecting idea of a framework directive on services of general interest

Strasbourg, 16/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Committee on Economic Affairs adopted on Monday evening the report by Philippe Herzog (GUE, France) on services of general interest, to be discussed during the mid-January plenary session.
