Netherlands seeks to strengthen stability and growth pact procedures and perhaps use Court of Justice

Brussels, 12/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - Dutch PM, Jans Peter Blakende said on Friday that he was determined to win his case in high level discussions in Brussels on strengthening Stability and Growth Pact procedures, following the decision of the Ecofin Council on 25 November to suspend procedures for excessive debt against France and Germany.
