Brussels, 26/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission noted a report on the negotiations under way with the United States on the recording of information on passengers on transatlantic flights. It called on Commissioner Frits Bolkestein to pursue talks. The aim is to reach an agreement before the end of the year, as the Parliament requested in its resolution of 9 October.
