Brussels, 26/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The co-chairman of the Greens/FTA group in the European Parliament, Monica Frassoni, is holding a conference on "Trans-European networks and climate change" in Milan on 8 December, in collaboration with the Federation of Green Parties. This will held against the backdrop of the World Summit on the Climate (COP9), to be held in Milan from 1 to 12 December.
