Addressing Japanese leaders, Monti recommends intensification of fight against cartels

Brussels, 25/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Last Friday in a symposium in Tokyo, Commissioner Monti met Japanese competition policy leaders. He recommended to them that they adopt a hard line in anti-trust legislation in order to prevent the creation of trade cartels.
