Inquiry opens on dispute procedures for national experts

Strasbourg, 19/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Ombudsman has just opened an own-initiative inquiry on the availability of internal dispute resolution procedures for national experts seconded to the Commission. Nokiforos Diamandouros is asking the Commission what procedure is applicable to complaints from national experts. If there is currently no internal procedure available to them, the Commission is invited to state whether it intends to introduce one. The Commission has until 31...
