The Danish company CARLSBERG has bought up a further 29.6% of shares in the Bulgarian brewery SHUMENSKO PIVO from FERROAL LTD, which brings it stake in this brewery to 89%. The two Bulgarian breweries owned by CARLSBERG control around 20% of the market.
