07/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Italian Radicals Maurizio Turco and Marco Cappato, MEPs criticised the Italian Minister of Justice Roberto Castelli for attacking the decision on the European Arrest Warrant, which he had, nevertheless, approved on 13 June 2002 and that he now describes as "unconstitutional on a technical level and completely erroneous in substance". The Italian Radicals have always insisted that at the same time as the European arrest warrant is approved, so are "harmonised...
