Mr Patten to discuss EU's neighbourhood policy and nuclear safety in Kiev

Brussels, 07/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Chris Patten, External Relations Commissioner, is to take part in a conference in Kiev on 10 November, on the Wider Europe/New Neighbours initiative, to be attended by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostyantyn Hryshchenko and representatives of the Italian Presidency, the Member States of the EU, Russia, Moldova, and Belarus.
