Friday, France will represent Germany

Brussels, 15/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Next Friday, President Chirac "will also represent the interests of Germany at the European Council in Brussels", announced a German press statement (the Friday morning session essentially focuses on the adoption of the summit conclusions: see above). Gerhard Schröder and Joschka Fischer will leave Brussels on Thursday evening to participate at the important vote at the Bundestag on structural reforms on Friday morning in Berlin.
