Brussels, 15/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday Liechtenstein refused to sign an agreement on expanding the European Economic Area (EEA) with the ten future EU Member States. The objective of the agreement was to coincide EEA enlargement (which includes 15 EU Member States and Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland) with that of the EU on 1 May 2004.
